Our 11,000 square foot climate controlled warehouse is used for program and event fulfillment. Program orders received by 12:00 Noon EST for stocked items are shipped the same day. Our online stores are fully integrated with bar coding to provide real-time inventory and order status.

We are fully integrated with UPS Worldship so that each shipment is scanned and shipping information (including method, tracking number and estimated delivery date) is emailed to the purchaser immediately upon shipment. Our online stores have the capability to calculate real-time UPS rates and offer a variety of shipping methods. Freight amount is shown at the time the shipping method is selected and included in the order total.
